With over 20 years of experience in talent acquisition and staffing, David Santacroce has established himself as one of the most accomplished recruiters in the industry. Originally from New York but, David spent the majority of his career in South Florida where he founded and became President of Searchcast, a leading recruitment firm. 

Under his leadership, Searchcast grew from the ground up to become an organization with substantial revenue and a reputation for excellence.

 

David has been instrumental in building numerous seed-funded companies, guiding them from startup phases to generating hundreds of millions in revenue. His ability to identify and place top talent has not only driven the growth of these companies but has also directly contributed to creating millions of dollars in revenue. Over the course of his career, David has successfully placed more than a thousand professionals, making a significant impact across various industries.

 

Now residing in South Carolina, David is committed to giving back to his community. He volunteers his time mentoring at the local elementary school and serves at the local fire department, where he has been trained as a first responder. Ryan brings two decades of EMS and executive leadership experience, to the Echo Ready team. Having started an ambulance service at the age of twenty-two, Ryan knows first-hand the challenges of owning and operating a mobile medical business.

 

In addition to being a Nationally Registered Paramedic, Ryan remains an active member with his local fire-rescue department, having attained certification at the Firefighter II and Fire Officer II levels.

 

Beyond Ryan’s commitment to public safety, Mr. Thorne serves as a Guest Lecturer with the University of South Carolina, where he instructs first and second year master’s program students on intravenous initiation, and EMS/Athletic Trainer collaboration, to include service contract negotiations.

 

Education:

Ryan received his initial EMT certification from Northeastern University’s Institute for EMS, his EMT-Intermediate/85 from Greenville Technical College, and Paramedic education at Upstate EMS Council. Additionally, Ryan successfully completed Recruit School at the South Carolina Fire Academy in Columbia, SC.
